How many of you know there is a select group of Americans who do not pay into Social Security and have the most beneficial retirement plan around. And if you do know. Who is is? And who foots the costs of their wonderful retirement package? (I will provide the answer if no one knows - later)

Try the Presidents and Congress. (and I believe possibly some military mostly officers but I could be wrong on that one.)
