Yes they do.. also they have English translations..maps and programs for the day . if you are on the group tour you would probably wants a tour guide.. go to the guest information destk
If you are going for any attractions sit on the back and you could find a kind of device that would translate their shows in English like Star Tours etc .Usually located in Tomorrow Land .Don't forget to visit Meet the World.. one place not to miss...

At the Guest Information Desk, English-speaking Cast Members are available to help you find out about attractions, daily show schedules, and special events. You can leave messages for other members of your party here. Also available are English-language, Chinese-language and Korean-language guide maps of the Park and a pay fax machine for outgoing messages.
Disney sea is another park.. but usually it is the Disneyland that is always full of guests..
There are many English speaking employee in Disneyland.. some of them are really trained about their guests welcoming.

Forget about Disneyland. Go to the Sanrio Puroland otherwise known as Hello Kitty Theme Park in Tama. It's a nice place. If you've seen one Disneyland, you've seen them all. Disneyland is just one big souvenir shop with a rat running around.
