Well, I Know that, but I gave away a lot, and then I realized hey, I need a little for myself. I think he was saying when we give to the needy and to the church we are giving to his kingdom to have his will be done, just like it says later in the lord's prayer in that same passage. I also think that as we give, God stores it for us in heaven and we think about where our money is.. if it is in heaven we think about heaven...If it is in the bank,,, we think about it at the bank. I think he was saying our heart follows our money .

Mine isn't. I don't believe that money/wealth brings u happiness. My theory is that people should be happy with whatever one has. If you are well and healthy then we should be grateful for that. There are so many people that are born either sick or paralyzed and those who aren't don't even appreciate that. (I myself being one of those)

Money is really important when there isn't any. More than 30k per year doesn't make people much happier usually if at all.

I just want to make a good living. Pay my bills on time and take my kid out to do fun things that I couldnt do when I was her age.
