how do i check my stats for millie they say i have to have 40% to get the key card how do i know if i am at 30% or 40% if you know please answer if you don't please don't answer

Go to stats and check in game progress and wait for it to scroll pass (its takes a ruddy long time so be patient). Though I think it might be one of the other stats not in game progress, just check all of them.

Or if you want to do it the easier way, just wear the Gimp costume, get a VERY flashy car (like the bullet) in mint condition and go to her house when she's at home, instead of going out on a date you will get "hot coffee" do this about 2-3 times and you get the keycard.

or

the even easier way is to get her to go out on a date with you, kill her then go to her place you should get the keycard (only down side is she's now dead but then again after the keycard thing, she becomes useless).

You dont have to do that,just wait awhile and the game will give you a mission where you just go take the keycard off the desk.
