It sounds similar to my 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT it gets 30mpg highway. This car is the most demanded cars right now and it is pretty hard to come across because they sell out so fast. I ordered one for $16, 085 but was told it wouldn't come in till late August(3 months away from the time), but came across one for $17,335 with more options and bought that one. I am absolutely in love with it and I recommend this car to anyone.

i would look at tha Ford Escape / Land rover Freelander (same damn car, different badging).. also tha honda CRV gets impecciable gas milage. tha car u are possibly talking about, is going to be a car chasis based SUV. with tha power threw tha front wheels. Also check out tha Toyota Rav4, im not quite sure there MPG is, but they tend to be high.
