I've got to give that one to Superman. Batman, while tough, and wirey, and full of strategy and gadgets, just isn't going to make it against a guy that is darned-near invulnerable.
And don't bring up the green, red, yellow, etc kryptonite, either.

More than likely, Bruce Wayne would successfully seduce Lois Lane, possibly marry her, and never tell her his secret. Thus Superman, who does not know Batman's true identity either, would be demoralized. So Batman could beat Superman without ever fighting him face to face.

Definately superman... He has superpowers... so yeah, but even though batman is cool for not needing them to kick butt.. Superman is secure enough in who he is not to wear a mask... although he does use glasses... but we all know he's not fooling anyone!!!

Batman is known to carry a small piece of Kryptonite in his utility belt. Batman wins easily.
However, if Batman doesn't have that, he loses. Supes is nearly as smart as Bats, and is arguably the most powerful being in comics.

they made a comic of this and batman won because lex luther made him a new suit made entirly of criptinite, but one on one with no one helping the other, superman would win
