I don't know about the others but I do wash my hands after use the bathroom even if I didn't take a pee, I still washed my hands because the bathroom full of bacterias especially that causes STD.
I think, the guys are too lazy to do it.

How do you know they don't. Most guys wash there hands and some before and after they use the bathroom. Also, it is possible for boys to urinate and not touch the penis at all so they may feel there is no need to urinate.

I don't know but I'm a guy and my wife is always getting on to me because i wash my hands too much and I watch her when she's cooking and make sure her hands are clean. I guess I have that disease everything has to be cleaned frequently and often.
