the director cuts the take before the actor gets up. or they just film him from above the waist.

Could it be that these guys are PROFESSIONALS and actually have some modicum of self control while they're filming? If a guy tries, he can supress an erection just as much as he can allow one. It's all mind over matter. We are in more control of our bodies than we think, but that's why the drug companies stay rich. (Sorry. Tangent)
