I had a dream that I got pregnant had a baby boy...the next thing I know he is 6 or 7 years older and I didnt like him anymore. Please keep in mind that I would never harm any child in real life but I killed it (by neglecting) in my dream. Afterwards I felt bad and wanted him back but it was too late & I woke up in tears.

Let me analyze this dream for you

got prognant and had a baby boy = new relationship
boy's 6 & 7 year = sudden growth, change
Killing child = stop relationship
Feeling bad = guilt conscious

In this case, you probably want a new relationship with someone or something but not ready for it yet. So, you wanted to stop it right way. You feel bad because you lose a chance to establish this kind of relationship.

It could be socially that you want to have a new relationship with someone; however, you don't want to commit to it. If it is not about relationship, it could be about somethng new to you, a job, a new task or actual event of a baby. You thought you were ready, but unconsciously you are not accustomed to it yet.

I could be wrong, but this is how I see your dream

I can't tell you that I know for sure, but I can tell you what i think. I think that dreams speak in symbols, so I will interpret it that way. A baby is something precious, something that someone cares a lot about, something that is born and given life. So, symoblically, that could mean the baby represents a dream that you had/have (like the dream to achieve something), or it could be a desire of your heart(a longing for love), basically, it could be anything that is precious, and needs nurturing to keep it alive. And, in the dream, you neglected it, and so it died. This dream could simply be saying that symbolically, there is something that was birthed in your heart(a dream, desire, a want), and that this thing that was birthed was something very precious, that needed nurturing, and you either abandoned it, or neglected it, or turned away from it. I know that sounds pretty negative, but that's just interpreting the symbols. a way to relate what im saying to real life would be: if a person felt in their heart when they were younger a deep desire to love somebody and be very intimate, and then life happened, and it drove them away from that through pain and hurt, or dissatisfaction, then that desire would be covered up, or buried, or killed in a sense. that person may have gotten to the point where they dont believe in love. that is how i would interpret the dream, that something in your heart, very precious and very beautiful, was neglected, either by you, or by life kind of ebbing it away, and that it might have died. don't worry though! lol...i believe that some dreams serve as kind of a reminder, and you don't have to be scared that it is gone...(if what im saying even applies)...because heart desires don't get killed, they get buried...and you can find them again....never worry about that....:)

The baby means that there is something near and dear to your heart that you have nursed or watch grow. ex: "Sent a letter to a paper and then it was in the paper for everyone to read." Something you started got finished and then when the results finally were to the point you had to take care of it to go on you got tired of it and threw it away, or just gave up on it. Ex: Letters from people who read the piece in paper. You did not answer, you found it tiresome and to much to handle. Check to see what you have done and did you finish the project or relation ship before it was over and are feeling bad. Or got rid of something before the time was up. Take a close look at your life there may be time to change the out come. Good Luck.

Our dreams are the panorama of our unconscious mind's antics. It has been proven that without dreams, symptoms of mental illness set in quickly. I say all that just to let you know what may be distressing you now is in fact a healthy exercise, and is fine-tuning the inner workings of your magnificent mind.

Every facet of our dream is produced, directed and starred in by ourselves. In other words, the baby who morphs to toddler is you. Tears can be deceptive. Often they mask feelings of guilt and relief under the guise of sorrow. Can you think of an incident in your childhood where you may have experienced similar rejection and neglect at the hands of your own mother? If so, your mind is letting you know that this pattern may well be repeated if not addressed.

It is evident that you have the capacity to love and nourish children, and you would do well to heed this warning from your psyche. That is: confront this area of hurt and pain, overcome it, and walk in the certain knowledge that this can never happen between you and your precious children.

The best way to interpret dreams is to examine them in the relevance of your own life. Think about what this might mean symbolically to you, perhaps something that happened to you recently. Did you give up on a project, a job, a relationship or something else that was important to you because of your fluctuating priorities or needs, then later regret it? You need to go back and find out what this might have been and work it through.

Well,my grandma was a witch heer in Romania. She learned my very much stuff about everything.I remember that if you dream babies, means that you have an uniq chance in your life,an oportunity etc.And if you kill them you will fail to take the chance.
But then she told me the true part! The untold part!If you dream that, well, your son or sister will be gay or criminal or with handicap.Because you will hate a little or a little more him\her.My advice is to go to church and talk with the father. You are in a relationship with a man you feel incredibly loving and close to. You are fearing that this is too good and it cannot last or possibly that you do not deserve him.
The thought of losing him is as painful to you as death by neglect of your own child. It would be heartbreaking beyond anything else.

I've got a dream book right here on my lap.
It says any dream to do with birth means you need to buy a new car.

having babies in dreams is symbolic of new beginnings. You are about to embark on something new (whether you know it or not) and you are worried that you won't be able to follow it through. This dream mainly signifies lack of confidence in your own abilities.
