This morning i had some blood and mucusy show i havent had it any more about 2 hours ago i had some reallllly sharp pain in my vagina how muuch longer till i go into labor?

You are in the first stage of labour. Look out for back pain, because some women get back pain instead of contractions. Good luck :)

You could go into labor any time from now until the doctor induces you. Those are all signs that labor is nearing, but it is impossible to tell how long until you have the baby.

Hard to say each pregnancy is different. I was 3 centimeters dialated for a month before my child was born.

you are most likely in labor..you lost the mucus plug..pains are contractions get to the hospital ASAP.

that sounds like your mucus plug...i think maybe you should call your ob/gyn and just let him know that you think your mucus plug has gone...
