It sounds as if your glucose is out of balance, and if so, this is called hypoglycemia, and yes, you need some sugar in your system.
Not a whole pizza or a 3 foot long sub sandwich!!!
Just a small piece of candy, some juice, or a couple of crackers.
It will not be enough to alter your weight, but enough to stablize your sugar levels.
Take care, you have to be well for a lot of years to come, and this is not a good time to mess with mother nature!!!

Honey you have low blood sugar. That happens when your body has too much insulin which is the stuff that dissolves sugar in your body (extremely simple explanation). When you feel that way---it means you need to EAT! You need to eat more regularly, drink some fruit juice and eat some carrots. its ok to snack ESPECIALLY when you are only 16 and weigh 102 lbs. That will probably help. Otherwise there's nothing wrong with you. If you have those symptoms even when you eat often (you can eat 5-6 small meals a day to stay healthy) THEN you should see a doctor.

Yours is the name of a saint. You sound like a definitely wonderful person who does not want to eat giant portions of food. What in the world is wrong with that? You are obviously under some stress. This is not right for you. I do care about what is happening with you. What you require and need is more important than what is going on, with anyone else. The Bible tells you that, "the First law of nature is self preservation." With that in mind, you should be able to avail yourself of free medical services. Inquire of your doctor, what it is that is causing you to shake. He will in turn, tell you what you need to do to stop the shaking. A few tests may be required. It is important for you to definitely know what is happening. Drink a nice cup of camomile tea which is a very calming drink. I think you will find it very tasty. I look on www.amazon.com and find the most interesting and unusual books to read. Some I actually order from them, but most times, I write down the title and call the library ahead for them. Guess what? When I arrive at the library, via public transportation (the elevated train and the city bus), my books are waiting for me. I live in Chicago, Illinois, so even though there are branch libraries around the city, I prefer the Harold Washington Library (main library). It is state-of-the-art. I remember 16 and what a wonderful age to be. Read Psalm 35 to (Plead My Cause) and God will direct you on your path. Then take a moment and read Psalm 4 for (Safety and Protection) against undue occurrences. Know always that, "God daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation." Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Remember this fact, "If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

If your grounded from food or there is no food in the house to eat it sounds more like social serivces needs to get involved in your case ASAP. The reason why your shaking is due to the fact that your not getting what you need from the food ...since your only 102 pounds your baby can not handle going without food

It sounds like a blood sugar issue, maybe hypoglycemia. You might have anemia also which can make on feel weak. Check with a doctor to be certain.

Proper nutrition is the answer! your body needs food and water to operate, so going without is like a car that is running out of gas.

It happens to everyone, especially lighter people. Your brain needs glucose to work, but when you don't eat, it has to break down proteins to get its energy and it takes a little while, so you could be shaky and kind of tired.

You could be hypoglycemic and your blood sugar is getting low. Someone is grounding you from food all day? How often do they do this? That's child abuse not to feed your child.

you may need things to balance out your blood sugar levels.
your thyroid maybe, check it out.
you need a trip to the dr. but once you have a diagnosis, there are 99.9% chance of being able to treat it naturally.
