Here comes a cowboy
All dressed in red
Fell off his saddle
And busted his head
Oh there was blood on the saddle
Blood on the ground
Great big blobs of blood all around
Second verse, same as the first
A little bit faster and a whole lot worse!...
(used to annoy my mother greatly when we sang it at the top of our lungs)

Apparently, here is another version...I've been doing some research and this is as close as I've come so far...
Blood on the Saddle
There's blood on the saddle and blood on the ground,
And a great great big puddle of blood all around;
A cowboy lay in it all covered with gore
And he never will ride any broncos no more.
Oh, pity the cowboy all gory and red,
A bronco fell on him and bashed in his head.
There was blood on the saddle and blood on the ground,
A great big puddle of blood all around.

And a slightly different version than above...
There's b-lood on the saddle,
There's b-lood all around.
And a great big puddle
Of blood on the ground.
Oh, pity the cowboy,
So bloody and red.
His pony fell on him,
And mashed in his head.
