You probably saw the commercial for Acuvue Oasys, but if you're looking for this, lots of contact lens manufacturers are now making their own lenses with a new material (Acuvue/Johnson & Johnson calls theirs hydraclear).Different manufacturers will call it diff. things (I think the material is mostly referred to as silicone hydrogel). The way my eyecare practitioner explained it to me, this is a material that is new, using the old contact material (forget what it's called) and combining it with silicone. Apparently, the material allows your eyes to get more oxygen so they can breathe better, which is healthier.
I've found them more comfortable...less need for drops. I use the Acuvue Advance.
