Mentally and eventually physically.
Mentally it plays on your mind, sometimes to the point that you can't focus because you are so consumed with what is on your mind.
Stress can make you sick, give you head, aches, take your appetite and cause you to lose or gain weight.
Stress can kill you.

Yes, stress produce full effect in everybody. The physical, mental and astral bodies as effected. In other words: your body suffers, your mind suffers and your feeling suffers. We cannot avoid stress in our life but we must pay attention to our limits. We must try to balance body, mind and heart activities.

stress will only effect you mentally if you let it. Stress can also effect you physically and that isn't always good. Don't let stress overcome you and your life.

Stress can kill you physically, so it can certainly affect you mentally. It usually takes time to wear you down though.

Yes, of course. Stress scatters your energy everywhere. It dulls thinking and distracts from reality.
