goo gone. works everytime. that or use a soapy sponge under some hot water and just keep scrubbing

I used WD40 to get the sticker gum off of my stovetop which is stainless. Gave it a nice shine, too.

WD40 or cooking oil applied to the area will usially do the trick. Let it set for about 30 min then wash. Pepeat if needed

Regular Skin-So-Soft from Avon works or you can buy this stuff at WalMart or hardware stores called Goo Gone or something like that. Is it something small enough that you could soak it in hot soap and water? Some times that will loosen it.

Best to just heat it with a hair dryer and then just use tape to blot off.
I saw the WD40 answer, its good but can be flammable. Baby oil is better.

goof off- i swear by the stuff. It helps get gum out of clothes and carpet. And sticker residue off of stuff.

Goo-Gone is great.

You can also saturate it for an hour or two w/ cooking oil, then scrub off w/ a wet paper towel.

use the warm cycle of a blower dryer. wipe of the gum while it's warm
