no. it's illegal to be 18 and have sex with a sixteen year old. but each state is different. hell, if you live in the south you can get married at 14 to your cousin so there you go.

Depends on the laws where you are;in Texas we have a 4 year rule, if you are within 4 years of each other the sex is considered consensual. If your 16 and he's 21, that's statutory rape. I can't vouch for other states.
