Yes! Ronaldinho did what was asked of him in the World Cup... His role was that of a set up man and he set up some excellent plays either on free kicks or corner kicks or just through tremendous ball control! The teammates that he set up did not finish very well... I understand that he has a role but I think he needs to be given move freedom to decide if he is going to set up a teammate or make the play himself... He is an exciting player to watch!

i dont know anything about fifa paying brazil to lose, but all i have to say is that other countries with which brazil played with have watched ronaldinho and know how to get the ball from him, which is by piling a load of opponents on him (which really annoyed me) and that didnt give him room to showcase his true talents...but overall, he was good...but i guess not good enough to take brazil to the finals...or even...take the cup to brazil for the 6th time....

Who does? He wasn't there when his team needed him, not at all the real Ronaldinho.

No. He left much to be desired. Of course, opposing teams would throw two or three players at him at a time in order to contain him.

I dont watch him for goals. I watch him for great footwork and that terrific smile. I've fallen in love with that goofy smile.
