I guess they call it a beta or something. I have the characters and everything but I just can't get it written down on paper. I need someone who will be able to work closely with me to get it done.

Try starting with something shorter first, maybe only a few hundred words, maybe only one character. Grow from there.
Writing -is- the process of getting it "done." Characters and plot ideas are a dime a dozen... Turning them into words on a page is hard. Good luck.
