If you are asking if living organism can be transported like in Star Trek.

Base on the principles of Quantum Mechanic, no that can't happen. To do that we have to build something that can deconstruct matter into pure energy, store the configuration of the original matter, and then reconstitute it into the original matter. However the uncertainty principle states that it is not possible to know both the location an momentum of an particle. Thus there is no way to reconstitute the original matter exactly because there is know way to know exactly where a electron is suppose to be and how fast it was suppose to be going.

But then again quantum mechanics can be wrong and maybe in the real world it is possible to know both the exact location and momentum of an particle.

If we knew the answer to that question we'd be working on a transporter. Nobody knows. But I BELIEVE that with a few billion years of evolution, technology will be able to accomplish anything....litteraly. So I BELIEVE that the answer is yes.

"Beam me up, Scottie!"

Aside from what we saw on Star Trek, I don't think humans will attain that kind of sophisticated technology for a long, long time--if ever.
