I'm considering taking a loan with this online company called the Spherion Group. My options are to have a co-signer (I do not) or to purchase insurance for $1,600 (this is refundable). It all seems reasonable...I'm just not sure if they are for real. Has anyone else had any experiences with this financial institution? Please let me know. I am desperate...yet want to make a wise decision.

Thanks!!

FRAUD . FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. I am also a victim of these people. They got me for $1588.00. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY REPORT THEM ASAP TO THE FBI, BBB, FTC, AND ANYONE ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF. I have lost my money please do not loose yours. I have filed against them as well as many others. Unfortunately the FBI cannot do anything until they catch them. I am out of my money as well as others. I strongly urge you to change any information you have given them and close your bank account immediatley if you have given them any information. Personally I cannot wait until they find these people so I can do a little damage myself.

I just received a call from them as well. The also want $1095.00 as creditors insurance. I am worried also I need the money and if all I have to do is pay that to get the loan I will but I am not sure if I will get my money in return. I read the loan agreement and it does say I will get 50% of the money back after 6 months and the rest at the end of the loan or it will be used to pay off the rest of the loan at the end. I don't know if they are legitimate or not I don't understand all the wording. I have asked my aunt to help me she works for a broker and she will let me know about hate wording. she is worried that they want the money up front and why they cant take the money from the loan. I am going to she if they will use my car a s collateral instead. I will update you as soon as I know. But if someone knows or has used them before please let me know as well.
Thanks

If you do not check a company before entering into a transaction, you could lose your money, time and credibility. Some widely used resources are the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org) and the national fraud center (www.fraud.org) these days, you can easily find out more about a company using the internet in a few minutes. From a company's website, you can details about its ownership, how old the company really is and feedback from the company's customers.
You can find more detailed information about a company at http://tinyurl.com/gtb89

Best thing to do is to contact the FTC. You can report them online at www.ftc.gov. They contacted me, I never even applied with them but I put my information in with Lending Tree.com and somehow them and another fraudulant institution got my information. Don't send them any money, any company that asks for money for a loan is fraudulant.
