nope....but i have crossed a busy street just to see if anyone else would follow...and they did.

Yes I have. Mostly from being tired while taking real long rides.
Also I thought I saw a person standing on the side of the road hitchhiking and when i got closer it was only a mailbox...When I see that I know it is time to pull over cause I am too tired. I have also looked in the mirror and saw a car and when i looked back again there was NO car there......

No, but I do do just barely miss an obstruction and let the tailgaiter behind me get it because he didn't leave himself time to react.

well I have swerved at nothing, it was probably a shadow or my eyes playing tricks on me, and yes I saw other people behind me swerve too thinking there was something on the road.
