go to tools menu
select manage ads-on
select te toolbar name
and disable it
then restart your IE

I got one of those the other day. I was looking at myspace sites for page layouts and all of a sudden crap started downloading on my puter. I shut it off and when I restarted it I had that stupid toolbar also. Luckily I had just set a restore date on my puter so I used that. I'm sorry I can't help you otherwise.. just irritated at that stupid toolbar.

right click the toolbar and go to the name of the type of toolbar click it so it does not have a checkmark by it

go to your control panel -> add remove program -> find the tool bar -> uninstall
