is there a way to save catapillers from assasin bugs? There are tons of assasin bug in our yard.

You could gather up the caterpillars and raise them as pets. You will have to look the caterpillars up online or in a book to find out what kind of leaves to feed them. Raising caterpillers and watching them turn into butterflies or moths can be very fasinating.

It is Nature's way. And remember that caterpillars are not necessarily beneficial to your plants.
