You should definitely be doing pelvic floor exercises. If you don't know how, just go to the bathroom and try to stop your urine midstream. Those ar ethe muscles you want to contract. You can also do pelvic rocking to relieve back pain, where you get down on hands and knees and arch your back out like a cat - that helps pull the baby downward off your spine and give it a break. You can also walk - that's the easiest exercise, except maybe swimming, for late pregnancy.

Walk - if you can at 38 weeks!
Swim - if you can find a swimsuit big enough

But generally, it's a bit late to start a new exercise and you don't want to put undue stress on your body. It's hard to take, but you've only got another 2 months (give or take) when you can get back into a regular programme, so enjoy your down time.... and make the most of exercising once bub arrives.

Im very just about 38 weeks pregnant besides (: My well being care service maximum acceptable recommends purely to stroll as a lot as i'll. yet when I do walk lengthy distances the toddler strikes in an uncomfortable position for me, which frequently tells you its about time to end the walk.

Walking is great for someone in your condition. Just make sure you have a decent pair of sneakers to walk in. Watch out on your trail for things that might cause you to slip, and NEVER walk alone. Take a buddy. Good luck!
