they are in style...but also..."O!NO! I cant find me shoes!" "Hurry we have to leave!"...then suddenly, "Have no fear, Flip Flops are here!"....
so pretty much they are quick to put on and usually comfortable.

They are hip in the south... nothing makes you look like the queen of your trailer park like the cute little dressy flip flops they make for women

Flip flops may be fashionable but wait some years from now and see how much foot problems you have for wearing shoes without arch supports in them!!!

I think they are quite fashionable as long as you have the right flip flop with the right outfit. I myself cannot wear them as I find them uncomfortable.

I love flip flops they are cute and laid back, I wear them everywhere except for work because we aren't allowed to wear shoes that expose our toes.

fashionable as in appropriate for office wear, not so far as cryllie has heard. fashionable for casual wear, yes, and very popular right now. but not in the office dear, as per Lydia Ramsey, office etiquette expert....(see link)

Very fashionable and comfy for CASUAL wear. They are not appropriate for semi-formal, formal or office wear.
