No, it sounds like your dealer is trying to pimp you into some garbage you dont need......Look in the maintenance section of your owners manual, there isnt any such tomfoolery in there....besides the jokers that are going to do this are just going to spray carb cleaner in it.......

An 05 model probably does not need the throttle body cleaned. With higher mileage a cleaning is a good idea, so the throttle plate remains free from sticking on the build up of oily residue and will also clean the IAC (idle air control) motor so it moves smoothly and keeps idle smooth. This however only needs to be done every 50,000 to 65,000 miles or so. It should not be that expensive unless they sell it with an entire fuel system service.
