I heard once during the 6:00 news that you can reach 911 by dialing 911. I would tell you to watch the 6:00 news in case that they would mention it again but I don't remember at what time the news came on. Duhhhh!

Well, my five year old came home from school one day and proudly proclaimed that the number for emergencies was "1-1-9". I am so glad that there weren't any emergencies that he had to attend to.
If you've fallen, you probably can't reach the phone anyway. Best of luck!

It is faster to call the local police department because 911 is sometimes so busy they put you on hold.
