Diet and exercise. Consume less calories than you burn and drink lots of water. If you do it right, expect it to take you a month or 2 to safely lose it. If you use a fad diet or pills, you may lose it initially, but will gain it back in the long run.

u drink alot of water and u work out..and dont eat too much..and dont skip breakfast...but dont eat THAT much for breakfast..but dont eat too little..and its better if u eat 6 small portions of food...than 3 big ones...and u never skip a meal...and eat healthy...and run alot..oh and also remmber to drink alot of water..cuase it was boost up ur mtabolism.....
