If you mean : can I get pregnant right now even if I'm not ovulating right now, the answer is yes. There is a couple days delay in the process and if the sperm is though, it could still be alive when the egg come a couple days later.
Your cannot be pregnant if you are not ovulating - ever. But the tricky part is: to not ovulate is a "defect" of nature and nature can fix itself whenever it want.
If you have never ovulated and really don't want kids, you should use contraception.
If you have never ovulated and really do want kids, try to relax and get a treatment of reprogramming kinesiology (or something similar) to help nature fix itself.
If you are ovulating from time to time, it is like flipping a coin: you could get pregnant even if you are not in your ovulating time.

If you mean you don't ovulate at all, impossible except through invitro fertilization.
If you mean you have sex on a day other than the day you ovulate, I think it's very unlikely AFTER you ovulate, but likely BEFORE you ovulate. Eggs don't seem to last long, but sperm can last 3 or 4 days in the woman's body.

You can only get pregnant while you are ovulating, but sperm can live for up to three days in the woman's body. But unless you know the exact day you ovulated, you can't be sure if you were ovulating or not.

Not very likely, but YES YOU CAN GET PREGNANT if sperm gets into the vagina of a female who is able to have children. Always be careful - SPERM SWIM and they can live in your vagina for a few DAYS after intercourse.

well, if you're not ovulating, i don't see how you can get pregnant, you need to have an egg ready...
