What does the Chinese word " Mojingzi " mean?

Some ladies at work always say it while reading magazines. Then they start giggling . Very strange but I am curious.

I think it means something like why are your hands in your pocket all the time playing "pocket pool". They get a giggle out of watching you play the game.
