If we can't take care of this planet why would God permit us to ruin another? It will never happen in my belief.

I agree with Hawking, though maybe I'm a bit more optimistic. I think as private corporations take over spaceflight and develop their own technologies (which is already happening, led by the flight of SpaceShipOne, built by Scaled Composites and flown by Mike Melvill in 2004), the rate of development will increase, and we'll be on Mars in 20 years, and throughout the solar system by the end of the century. (It's interesting to note that we already have the technology to go to Mars. The only things we lack are the will and the funding.)
That said, other planets are much more hostile than Earth. While we may land on Mars in a few decades, it will take much longer before a Mars colony is able to support itself indefinitely in the event of the destruction of Earth.
And for Balthor, keep in mind that when Europeans made it to America, they brought with them diseases that decimated the native populations, and most of the colonists in America came here just to get out of Europe, which at the time lacked basic sanitation (even technologies that had been developed by the Romans and were in use at the time in the Muslim world) and was fraught with war and plague. The environmental degradation of Earth may well be the impetus that inspires migrations to other planets.

Nothing short of a nuclear war would ruin the planet. The earth naturally puts our more CO2 than all of humanity combined per year. I see no problem in reaching other planets, the only restricting factor would be the ruin of the race, not the planet. Even then I'm not worried because we will always find a way to continue on.

If they want to then they better start melting the polar ice caps, and make water, plant trees to convert the air into oxygen. Mars doesnt have an ozone layer. I heard that there is some way to make one. The sun will destroy any chance of life without an ozone layer. That would be cool though. If humans are smart enough to colonize a different planet, then im sure they are smart enough to save this.

Scientists has researched and had not chanced on via a large telescope, any planet from million miles away it somewhat is like earth that ought to correctly be utilized as a residing position for humanity. So convinced, earth is guy's first planet.

No the more appropriate thing for man to do is go subteranian. Its unlikely that man will completely destroy earth so the mole people with supplies and acces to spring water will survive.
The mole people will be descendants of the illuminati and their penthouse pet girlfriends.
They will climb out and fight with the mutants kind of like the planet of the apes movie with the mole people.
PS they already have underground bunkers built for a lucky few.
Ironically its the same lucky few who will likely trigger the earth's calamity in the first place.

Posibility of a remness of life in space because of an increase of technology. If you didn't know it has be proven that the sun will turn into a Super Nova in 10,000,000,000 years but we all know that you and me will be dead by then!
