When your baby looks up into your eyes and smiles so trustingly? Or when they're crying for whatever reason, and you take them in your arms and immediately they stop and lay their little head on your shoulder? To me, it makes my crappy day all worth it for that feeling. Even if she's screaming all day, when she gives me that smile, it makes me forget the rest of it.

It's so true. I've never known anything so amazing as being a mom!! When she gives me her big, loving smile....nothing in the world tops that feeling!1

I do agree. I have a 2yr old. I have also had 2 miscarriages. I guess that's what hurts. The joy that they bring, and to be able to hold a precious little baby for the first time in your arms. It's just one of life's little miracles!

You are so right! It doesn't matter how bad a day I've had at work, because I know when I come home, that little smiling face will be waiting for me. Thanks for the reminder of how special our little ones are!

I know exactly what you mean! My kids are not babies any more (9 years and 17 months), but they are so trust worthy and perfect that it makes everything perfect.

Absolutely. Same goes when they get older and you're the only one that can cheer them up and take their mind off the bad :)
