The victor would have to be Bullseye. He is much more versatile than Green Arrow. He's shown that he can not only throw anything with impeccable deadly accuracy, but is capable of catching things thrown at him very well too, giving him enough coordination to avoid a few arrows giving him enough time to throw anything from a broken bottle to an iron pipe accurately into Green Arrows eye socket.

Good question. Both fight dirty. Both fight to win. And both are seriously underrated. Green Arrow, for beign an ordianry guy who is good witha bow, manages to defeat even the most powerful vilains. And Bullseye always seems to win, no matter what the stakes are. I think Bullseye will definetely draw first blood, but when Ollie sees the kind of person he is facing then, the kid gloves are off. Green Arrow will win in teh end, barely, because no matter how kool, kalm, and kollected Bullseye enters the fight, he will eventually go totally insane and that will be the advantage Ollie will need to win.
Plus, whenever GA shoots an arrow at Bullseye, he will just catch it and throw it back. GA will have to shoot 9 arrows and then either go for a richochet shot or the always trusty boomerang arrow to win. (That is if he goes old school and happens to have one of those around)

Closer equivilent would be Roy "Arsenal" Harper vs Bullseye. Bullseye's advantage is turning most anything into a nasty projectile, a skill Arsenal's picked up in DCU.
And as for a hand-to-hand fight? Well, Bullseye seems more reliant on the projectiles than actual hand-to-hand. Ollie is no slouch, and Connor's plain scary when it comes to unarmed brawlin'.

Bullseye would probably end up winning because he could pick up almost any object and turn it into a weapon. Perhaps a more even fight would be Green Arrow VS Hawkeye(even though he's dead in the comics).

I would say Bullseye, because not only i dont know that much about Green Arrow, but Bullseye could kill him throwing a stick. Or his blades in his beltbuckle (HA! only in the movie...i dont know if he had those in the comics) And i wonder if his builleye skills pertain to guns as well?

Green Arrow would crush Hawkeye. Green Arrow is a much better shot, and he out-smarted Deathstroke! Do you know what it takes to out-smart Deathstroke???
