but after my pregnancy my stomach does not look so good and I need a small tummy tuck but I have to wait till i'm done with children. the thing is that I want my tummy tuck before i turn 25...am i being selfish by having a child now to get it over with and get my stomach looking how it should?or should I just do it?

I just had a tummy tuck done last week in Connecticut, and one of the very first things my doctor told me was that I CANNOT have more children after a tummy tuck (well, I physically COULD, but it would totally undo all the work!)
I'm not quite sure why you want it before you are 25, though. I'm 32 and I didn't have any "complications" because of my age or anything. Is there a reason you want it done by age 25?
I don't think you are being selfish...your self-esteem is a very important thing. If you really feel the need to have the tummy tuck before 25, have another child now, get the tuck, and feel good about yourself. If you feel good about yourself, you will be a better mother for your children!

I had 4 children all before i turned 24.I love my children.And I am so happy that I did have them ealrier in life.It will ensure to a certain degree that I will be able to enjoy them more.Have more enrgy for them.And I do suppose it is nice to have the oppurtunity to get my body and lifestyle back into shape for the future.I don't think it is selfish at all.It is our body.And we do not have to accept the deformation that pregnancy entails.what is selfish is women who do not have children just because of the toll it takes on a womans body.

I would have to ask why you want children in the first place, and which is more important - having children, or looking good. If you had to decide one or the other, which would you choose?
I don't know about "selfish", but it's more a question of priority - which has the highest priority for you?
