Put it in the freezer until it resolidifies. Or you could pour the liquid into a small jar, then stick it in the freezer, and just use a brush to apply it from then on out.

Just buy another one. personally, I would be afraid to put anything that has melted and rehardened near my eye. Besides, you can but another for under a dollar.

freezer or just mush it together and then put it in the freezer, you know like re-shape it then freeze it
