Because us white people don't really care. It doesn't hurt my feelings.

Oh, alexandra, get real. And I U Runner, you should stop hating. Entertainment like "The Boondocks" "The Kings of Comedy," etc are all, literally, racist material. And are indicative of the problem you have adressed. It seems that black culture (and ever-increasingly that of all other so-called minorities) is fixiated with anti-caucasian humor, or at the very least seems determined to make "whitey" the butt of as many jokes as possible. Yet white people, like the IDIOTS the majority of us (you) are, somehow have been conned into feeling that this is acceptable, even righteous behavior, based on certain inequities and injustices that some white people's great-grandfathers visited upon other peoples great-grandfathers. You want people to say that was wrong? Absolutely, all day long. But some 19-year old black kid telling me how personally hurt he is over slavery? And using that as an excuse for blatant racism? Get fuxing real, thats just b*ll$#!T to justify his own race hating, which probably stems from low-self esteem and the cultural inferiority complex that seems manifest within the black community. The problem is this whole "guilt complex" which many white people seem the need to feel, and so there's this overcompensation that kicks in, by getting all up in arms if someone makes any kind of comment about a minority, while simultaneously feeling some need to take any kind of racist commentary aimed at them. Black people tell a white joke, and white people are expected to smile uncomfortably and make some kind of wimpy statement like, "that is so true." And I mean, look at you, for example: Confused Cracker? Dude, how about some self-esteem? I'm not implying anything, but other people might get the idea that you feel so uncomfortable asking a question about race, even a wholly pertinent one such as this, that you put in a little self-depricating autoracism to ease your worry. And thats the problem - white people, or the majority of you, anyway, need to grow some fuxing balls, figuratively speaking. That one chick who put in the comment about her black "friends" making racist comments about her? Dude, quit being a such a groupie and make some real friends that respect you. Or get right up and throw it back at them - of course, then YOU'LL be labeled a racist, but hey, thats how minority hypocrasy works. Its cool to hate on whites, but you're "trippin" if you stick up for yourself and call a "minority" out on their racist antics. I'm waiting to see where all this goes, personally....
peace, neckers

This is known as backlash. You are correct though, racism is reversed at this point so that whites accept more abuse because we are constantly accused of being the aggressor in racism.

In fact, currently the establishment is set up to instill racism against whites. This is in the form of affirmative action where blacks are required to do less to get the same benefits. Unfortunately, most people don't see the racism hurts blacks more than whites.

Consider for a moment an employer who has to choose between two college grads. One gets there entirely on his own merit and another gets there with a lot of help. Both do the work necessary to graduate but whites do it under greater economic pressure. Who is more qualified to accomplish the tasks that will fall to the new employee no matter what else is going on his life?

When you listen to the news, what are you led to believe about inter-racial crime. That whites do more crime against blacks than blacks do to whites. But when you study the actual statistics, blacks kill whites more often than whites kill blacks by a factor of 60-1.

When the salesman comes to the door to sell you a bottle of house cleaner will you more likely reject a black or a white knowing that the black guy looking at you already thinks you have a mark against him because of his skin color?
Don't believe me? Check this out. In Texas the talk radio association put together a cross section of society for an understanding of what people think about talk radio. One demographic was missing from the equation (black) because they found that when a black person expresses an opinion, nobody else will refute them. That means whites, asians, hispanics, etc., are also affected. This to me is the ultimate form of racism. Not by the Texas talk radio association, but by the people on the panel being afraid to contradict a black. Its like patting a child on the head when they say something too embarrassing to deal with in public.

It's ok for non-whites to insult whites because leftists, who quite consciously infiltrated the teaching profession decades ago, have been teaching us for a long time that strength is bad and weakness is virtue.

It's really laughable that whites are supposed to be ashamed of being the most successful group in the history of the world. We're 10% of the population of the world but the whole world dances to our tune, learns our language, adopts our technology and culture. As Dr. David Yeagley, a Comanche indian, has pointed out, if Comanches had been able to they would have happily conquered white people - and they wouldn't have felt bad about it, either.

The simply fact is that every tribe on earth since the beginning of time has been struggling to gain control over more territory and more resources. It's an imperative of life. Every form of life is like that. And the white tribe simply defeated every other tribe it came up against.

In time, whites so dominated other tribes that they had the luxury of ignoring survival imperatives and instead began to focus on philosophical niceties like "all men are created equal" and in guilt for doing so much better than non-whites. The feminization of our culture, combined with socialism, has brainwashed most whites into thinking there is something wrong with being the most effective, strongest, cleverest, successful people in the history of the world. And of course non-whites are only too happy to believe there is something wrong with whites because it soothes their bruised egos.

Get ready for several decades of increasing racial conflict and violence, all because of liberal white guilt. Meanwhile, just be glad you're white and realize that when non-whites insult whites it is only an expression of their feelings of impotence.

If non-whites were actually being oppressed by whites, they would move to non-white countries. But they don't because they know that their best chance of living in a prosperous, safe society is to live in a white society.

I've wondered that too. Also, why is it ok for there to be television channels like BET and Stars in Black? If there was a White Entertainment Television station, people would go up in arms about it being racist. I agree people shouldn't look at others based on the color of their skin, but all this reverse racism stuff's really getting annoying.

It's not okay.
Racism is wrong no matter who you are directing it at. Until we get wrapped around that idea, everyone is going to walk around making pre concieved notions about someone based on race.

You are not confused dear friend, just caught up in a true example of what happens when America watches too much Jerry Springer (I have to admit, I love that show though)

Its never ok to trash any race. I think it all has to do with stereotypes and the people who are cracking the jokes.

Because people of color and other races have been subject to prejudice for far too long, whereas white people have not.

Since when has it been okay to trash talk anyone because of their race?

Seriously. Because THAT kind of racism is OK. (apparently.) yeah, I think there'd be a whole lot less angst and violence if a few more folks learned to toughen up, forgive, ignore stupid remarks because they're just that, and move on.
