Moments are known to flee by so quickly but at the same time everything that exists is captured inside each one of them. If we could but capture one moment and examine it under the proverbial microscope what would we find? Emotions? Thoughts? Memories? Events? Or only the mere existence of that moment? I think of time as being like a sea where each drop contains all the elements that the entire sea contain yet when looked at individually each contains its own identity and is a reflection of the sea in its entirety. Moments, when looked at separately through time are seen as a string of pearls strung together to show the jewelry of life. If you ever consider, universally, how extremely many things take place in each single moment, wow, it's all there.

Usually in a series of moments, But there will be special moments when everything seems perfectly clear. The birth of a child is one of those moments--the death of a child is another moment unlike any other that causes great depth of meaning. The moment you realize you lost a friend-perhaps due to your own ignorance is another. There may be a time when you look into the eyes of your own mother and see her a thousand ways in your mind as you were growing up. If you are ever on the brink of death, then get a second chance at life, your perspective will be changed forever-it could happen in a moment.

Another great question, dreamer! I think life fully expresses itself in this moment and in every moment(which is just more of "this" moments. lol)---it's just we are dreaming half the time so we don't see it. No matter the life circumstances there is nothing bigger than Life itself. We are Life. Circumstances, thoughts, things etc. will always reflect the impermanence of reality but life/consciousness is now; fully and beautifully expressed now for those who are still. Those AHA! moments of inspiration seem like separate moments but they are always the same. Life waits for us to wake up and express itself through us.......now, this moment.

Webster's describes a moment as "A brief, indefinite interval of time". By this definition, existance itself could be considered a moment because of a moment's indefinite time. In that case, we may hold that "one" momet, in truth, may possibly contain multiple "sub" or "micro" moments that are associated, or not associated with a particular moment' s duration.
Ever "have a moment" with someone? The mind wanders even when it doesn't want to. Ths question makes me question life as a series of lives. Could our existance contain many actual lives?

Counting the days I've lived, which is quite short, I can't recall any moment or moments that life expressed itself fully....
But then again, everyone has different view of life, if you regard qualitative individualism.... So basically it depends on how you think...

Every moment needs a moment for life to express it's self within that time period.
The thing is we've got to catch the revelation,
have you ever noticed we go through some of the same things over and over again ? why is that?
It's because we missed the revelation for
that moment in time,so we get a lot of moments(smile)We get a number of opportunities to get it right again.
Life is always trying to unfold answers for us if we could just be still and listen to the inner voice of God in us.
He's there.
So enjoy your moments, cherish the time of revelation, keep your head to the sky and prepare your self for your next meeting with your moment.
Peace out
