You have to clear the AutoFill for Yahoo.
Your browser creates a form file for websites that you visit, so that when you begin to type, it fills it in automatically with recent entrys. You can clear the form file for just that website, or all sites. You can also disable that feature

Safari > Preferences > AutoFill

Click Edit and you can go through the sites and remove the AutoFill for specified items or clear all.

I tried Taylor's suggestion, and it doesn't work. I tried alt/ctrl/delete and it didn't work, either. I'll look for your answer, because I had the same problem.
