Have you ever been depressed. I don’t mean clinically depressed but,
In a seriously depressed mood where you
Start to feel guilty for being alive
The loneliness drives you mad, you
Feel strong urges just to hold someone for any kind of
Physical/sensual attention….whatever.

You know within you mind something’s wrong but
Not god, maybe people, maybe nothing can help.
You remember the saying of family that you need god but
Your better judgment tells you that you need human company. Your too
Lonely and God never meant for man to be alone.
You know you need someone to talk to, to
Just express yourself too?

I’m feeling better a bit, I let that out
I just wanted to know if anyone else out there actually feels this.

And the breeze from the fan in my room
Cools me down and, a few minutes in my bed with my
Pillow held...a little too …close,
Helped a great deal.
But I’m still hurting.

You feel me?

Yes,we all feel this way.There's something inside us that always needs to be heard and felt by others.No matter how many times we try to say it,we still feel alone and misunderstood.
Sometimes this feeling of "aloneness" can make us cry,even when we don't understand why we're crying.Our heart always cries out for love and another person to truly accept us.
As one person to another,yes I feel you.

Everyone feels like that some time or another I think.
Try to stay focused on the fact that since you are alive, you are meant for something, and so divert your attention from how lonely you feel by going out and finding that thing that you are meant for, I'll bet you won't feel lonely for long.

One of my instructors says this about your life and situation:
you can accept it like it is, you can reject it, or you can change it. That's your choice.
SO reject feeling lonely and change it into something more fun to accept. Good luck and remember, you are never alone, we are all here in this together.
You're a good writer, very descriptive and emotional. Write a book of poetry and self publish if you have to, that will keep you busy for a while!

every one has moments like that weither you call it depression or a question of Faith.....or what have you. there will be times in your life in all of are life's that we will need the touch of other to feel...alive....or to feel like we should be alive and not to feel guilty about it. however you should always ask yourself will i regret this later? only you can know what you can forgive yourself of. when you feel like this try something active. something that will let you feel alive without regret. you will find that a long run with a friend will do alot to raise your sprites.

Yes! Go out side talk to people. Go to the mall and people watch. Strike up a conversation with a new person could turn into a new friend. Call your mom, sister, grandmother,cousin. Hope this helps!

I think this happens to everyone at one time or another, but not all will admit it. I hope you have someone you can reach out to near you that you can physically get a hug from and spend time with. I'm sorry for your pain.

I felt like that all the time until I had a baby.Now,I'm too busy to feel like that a lot.Still get down a bit,but I don't have time to dwell on it.Sounds like you need a friend.Oh my goodness.I guess I need one,too.The baby will grow up eventually.

go to the doctor aget some pills..called effexor and take them......you will feel alot better trust me...i know i take em...before that i tried to kill myself over and over and over...
