While I am not against a person smoking if they want to. I just don't like anyone smoking near me. It stinks badly! Also I want to ask smokers why you don't ask when you light up near people if it bother's them? People use too, now most don't bother! I am polite enough to get up and move if smoke bother's me or ask a person not to smoke near me(sometimes the person mouths off). But I just wish people would respect one and other in this area.

its sucks i know, but what you gonna do? they just keep feeling picked on since they are finding less and less areas to smoke in. if you notice they dont smoke in their own houses or cars. so they really dont like it them self. funny how that works

With the climbing prices of cigarettes soon only
the rich will be able to afford to smoke , I am not
rich , I do not hang out with rich people , therefor
I guess this problem of second hand smoke will
not be my problem for long ...

Unfortunately , they will never care enough to ask or respect you about it. I'm another one who has a grandbaby and I could get pretty fired up about it.

they do not ask if you mind because they do not feel
you have the right to mind. they seem to feel it is
their right to deprive you of clean air to breathe.
