The only symptom I have is EXTREMLY painful ejaculation, I am not quite sure why this is hurting so incredibly bad recently, although I still a virgin (no oral, vaginal, or anal), when ever I jack off it seriously hurts, so much I've stopped doing it for the past week. My urination doesn't bother me at all.
I am tiring to schedule a physical for this, but I want to know what questions I should be asking, as well as possible testing and other symptoms I should be looking out for.

I think you may be having some prostate problems since the prostate gland has much to do with ejaculation. Its a good thing you plan to get a physical.
