a web site said my picture had to be 46x46 pixels it is a drawing on windows XP paint. How do I know what 46x46 pixels is on paint by there mesurements in inches?

Open paint
view
Status bar (check it)

Now take ur pen at any point and ur pixel wil be seen on right downside of status bar of paint and u wil come to know where ur pen lies (pixel ) on picture

u can see how much large is ur pic by
resize by draging blue coloured spot on most right down side of pic and note changes in status bar

In Paint use the menu choice
Image | Attributes |
and change the measurements to pixels

You can change to pixels.
