I don't know about the rules here, but it's certainly popular anyways! Just be aware that heroin is also popular in the big cities around here; so, maybe you'll be much more likely to pick up a disease and die young. Oh, well...if you catch a disease, you can just hire prostitutes each night and mess around with drugs with them until you pass away. Why worry about anything if you're going to die soon anyways?
I don't know where these people are finding all of these hot Russian women. It's the same as anywhere else; some are beautiful, and some are not. Good luck with your honorable endeavors!

Why worry - as far as I know it is legal to visit a prostitute there.
Anyway - I'd never pay for sex, doesn't fit for me.
