Well, I recently made a messenger bag that is made entirely of duct tape. I want to know what your reactions would be if you saw someone in your school with a duct tape bag. It's black on the outside with red on the inside. It has two stripes going horizontal and two that go vertical that meet in the lower left corner and has my name on it in about inch high letters. It almost looks like one you would buy at a store except it's pretty shiney.

I would think that is pretty creative. I would also think that person is gutsy for being willing to be daring enough to be different in high school when so many people are working so hard to be like everyone else. I know a guy who made some shoes out of duct tape. I thought the same thing. I think he will end up being a successful engineer or something someday!

There was an episode on MTV where a girl made her prom dress out of duct- tape and then she become prom queen. It actually looked good..its very different and unique. If that's your style then at least your not a follower, and that's a good thing!

i would applaud you
i myself have made many purses and even a large bag out of duct tape
they are durable
stylish
and if ever broken can easily be fixed with more duct tape
i say go and be proud and strut your duct stuff!

i think it would be pretty cool. I was watching "Guess my Secret" the other day, and 2 kids made their prom outfits entirely out of duct tape...fricken awesome! go for it.

cool. i know a guy who made wallets out of duct tape.
sold them for $10 apiece and had as much business as he wanted. he made them while he was on the phone at work.
i think you might have a business idea there.
