To say this really good, it's best to learn the slang of a culture. Buenos Aires has the best slang to have great ways to say "you stink". Another answerer said "usted" in her answer. If you're going to smell someone they stink, I don't think you would use the usted form of address. Give me a break.
I wish I could remember some good slang for "you stink".
"Tu tienes mal olor", o "hueles feo" are the ones that are most basic, but if you're going to say "you stink", you want some funky slang.

the proper way to say "you stink" in spanish is ....... (TU) APESTAS.
which means you stink. the other popular response, "hueles" means you smell, so would you rather say you smell or you stink? your choice!
