When people ask how I am, I reply "fat and sassy" -- it is the truth. Most don't know how to respond, but they never forget me.

Guys - I just tell them they're fat. "Oh, where's your little brother? I guess you ate him. And everything he was wearing. And the mailbox. And the tree next to the mailbox."
Girls, on the other hand - Are you insane? There is no good way to let a girl know she's 'big' - much less a 'flattering' way.
I, btw, prefer voluptuous to skinny any day of of the week. Gives you more to work with.
But how do you even word that.
"Well, think of it this way - you're much less likely to be kidnapped. Because they would have to pick you up. And - hoo, boy! Hernia-time!!"

Voluptuous, Rubenesque, healthy (that's my husband's favorite), big-boned (that's what I call my 25 lb cat), well endowed (not just for boobs!), well rounded....
If it's a guy you could call him beefy or meaty.

George Harrison wrote this line in his music As My Guitar gently Weeps. "With each mistake we ought to surly be studying." i imagine he replaced into relating the state of the international.
