It depends on the procedure that was used. If implants are inserted through the "u"-shaped incision underneath the breasts, then more than likely you will not have problems. Talk to your doctor with this question. I work in Mammography and I do not think there is any problems with pregnancy. The only problem would be getting a mammogram since some breast tissue could be obscured by the implant.

Implant are routinely implanted under the muscle tissue which Willl not disturb the mammary ducts which secrete Mothers milk, The ladies breast will appear larger , which wil not affect lactation.

I think there may be some problems with the milk ducts being cut and may be problems with breastfeeding after the cutting of the breasts open to do the implants.
