Not at all. And even if they specifically quit shipping oil to the US, it wouldn't matter. There is a global market for oil. If Venezuela won't sell oil to US, then someone else will. Venezuelan oil will just go to another buyer.

More importantly, I don't think they have the refining capacity to export gas anyway, so question might only pertain to oil.
