Don't get me wrong, I do not hate the movie or anything.....saw the first one and maybe I wasn't paying that much attention to it but it did not grab my attention in the way that some other movies do, which is why I'm not really in any rush to go see that movie. If I ever do watch it, it will be a rented dvd from blockbuster.
Anyways, it seems like everyone I know has seen the movie. Opinions?

also I was wondering if one reason why people make a huge deal about the movie is because it has some very famous actors (orlando bloom/johnny depp) that girls go crazy for?

I dint like that much the first part, so i will not see the second one. It is all about the actors because the pirate theme is old history.

I have not seen it, and I will wait for video probably. I don't like crowded theatres with kids. I like the actors just fine too, it's just not something I have to rush to see. I did see A Scanner Darkly as soon as I could, but that was because it wasn't going to linger too long in the theatres.

I haven't seen it yet either. I'm waiting for the dvd also, but only cause me and my friends are going to rent both of them, dress like pirates and drink rum all night. You know like real pirates.

I've not seen it yet, I'm going to though, just a soon as I can find a girl that I want to take to it. I like to take dates to movies. And then get ice cream afterwards.

The voodoo woman is Tia Dalma and that i did word a locket beside the hoop. i'd not bounce to conclusions, although she by no potential suggested what befell to the lady he fell in love with. it may well be a threat.

I'll wait for it to come out on dvd also. I might even wait until after the 3rd one comes out and just watch them all together.

Yes I think you may be the only person who hasn't seen it except my 86 year old grandpa.
I liked it....it was great for a sequel!

The first one..was boring half the time..i wasnt paying atttention..i'll rent (the second one) it but i wont go to theatre to see it..im sure it isnt that great..

yah I think your right about thee girlz going to go see it cuz of the HOT stars:) even though I'm a girl to...well to answer you question I had to pull my dads leg to let me and my sis go,I'd suggest u just wait till it comes out and save your $...it showed to much crappy stuff and not anough of Orlando,Johnny and Kiera....
