You might have heard this before,but I'll just say it again: loofah sponge. It's natural, it's cheap, and it works. Use it every day in the shower, but don't scrub your skin off, ok? just use it with moderate strength, every day, constantly and use a water based moisturizer afterwards. They'll gradually dissappear. I know mine did. Just please please please stop squizzing them, It's tempting, but it'll leave dark marks and could cause you an infection. Ok, there you go, just give it a try.

OMGOSH are those bumps like not pimples or w/e and they don't hurt but its just rough skin cuz we might have the same thing LOL well my doctor said u can't get rid of it but u can tan so its not so visible and umm theres this one cream i use thats like a gel sorta it makes it so its not so rough but it won't ever go away stupid **** bumps LOL but yup i think the gel is sumtin like lesporin or sumtin with an L lol

You probably have Keratosis Pilaris. Its a chronic skin condition that is quite common. See the website below.

i have the same thing as you !!!!!!!!!
i always thought that no 1 else had it.
but, my toe-nail fell off last month ( a new 1's growing back. ) & when i went to get my stiches out i asked the doctor about that and he said just to put lotion on it.
it will go away soon.

Did you go to a doctor? Cause I have little bumps over my arms (there is a latin name that translates to "chicken skin" haha wtf) but yeah, I exfoliate it a lot and its almost gone
